The room was clean with a comfortable king bed and a nice seating area The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, exceeding my expectations compared to my previous experience in cleveland.

However, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room efficiently, even turned all the way down. The breakfast area felt cramped, with limited seating that made it hard for more than a few people to enjoy breakfast at once. Also, the exterior stair access to the rooms was inconvenient, especially when heading downstairs for breakfast. Small things like needing to dust the bathroom vent would go a long way in improving guest experience.
